The Dining Hall is an Israeli multi-cultural restaurant featuring chef Omer Miller’s interpretation of a wide variety of Sephardi, Ashkenazi, Arab and Jerusalem style dishes. The restaurant is situated at the Performing Arts Center in Tel Aviv, at the previous location of the FoodArt restaurant. Chef Miller was FoodArt restaurant’s chef and is still the executive chef of FoodArt catering.

Miller’s menu at The Dining Hall uses local produce, a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, fish and meat, together with Mediterranean and European cooking techniques. The menu includes well known dishes, familiar from home, with Miller’s precise techniques and presentation, and the typical “Miller” twist – modern, minimal and innovative.

The restaurant design is modern and meticulous, resulting in a beautiful interior of calm, neutral colors, allowing the food to be the spotlight. The seating is at long tables, appropriate to the manner in which the dishes are served – just like at home – medium sized portions served to the center of the table for sharing. Dishes are served to the table as soon as they are ready, without regard to traditional serving order.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, the modern Israeli background music, the casual and delightful service and moderate pricing, all come together to create a young, energetic and happy eating experience.
